Hello — I'm Charity Muñoz, the artist and founder of Critterwit & Company.

I create illustrated stationery inspired by woodland animals, quiet moments, and the gentle stories we tell each other through handwritten notes. Every Critterwit design begins as a hand-drawn illustration using traditional pen-and-ink and watercolor techniques — no shortcuts, no AI, just sketchbooks, paint, and time.

I work from my studio in Pennsylvania, where I illustrate greeting cards, bookmarks, stickers, and paper goods meant to feel thoughtful, warm, and a little whimsical. Many designs are inspired by books, nature walks, and the small, meaningful moments that make everyday life special.

Sustainability is an important part of my process. Critterwit products are printed on FSC-certified paper, packaged with eco-friendly materials, and produced in small batches to reduce waste.

Critterwit was created for book lovers, nature lovers, and anyone who still believes there's something magical about a handwritten note — especially when it features a fox, a chipmunk, or an owl with a story to tell.

I started Critterwit to create stationery that feels personal, intentional, and enduring — paper goods that slow you down just enough to write something meaningful and connect you to other with lasting joy.
