Refund policy

We want you to love your Critterwit & Company purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the item back to your original form of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
